We received our wedding DVD yesterday morning (much sooner than we expected - it was a big surprise!). We have been watching it in segments so as not to squander it too quickly. Wow! You did a fantastic job. We're so glad we arranged to have a DVD made as there were so many things we just didn't take in on the day. It's a cliché, but the day really did go incredibly quickly, just as everyone tells you it will. You were incredibly discreet. I hardly noticed you all day. Sorry if you felt ignored!
Having enjoyed the DVD so much, we were left wanting even more and were lamenting all the bits that had to be cut out of the footage in order to make the final edit a manageable size (although I appreciate our DVD is relatively long at 1h 20m compared with the 2 sample DVDs you sent us), then when I was looking at your web site just now I noticed an "Uncut Footage Package" which I don't think was an option when we booked (I may be wrong). Could you tell us how much it would cost for you to make us one of your 4-6 DVD boxes with all the uncut footage of the day? We would love to have all the footage you took. It seems such a waste for it to be thrown away unseen when every second of the day is of enormous interest to us and our families.
We had a great Honeymoon, thanks for asking - Sorrento and Amsterdam. The weather was better at home, I gather!

Just to let you know that we received our wedding DVD. We watched it last night and it's perfect so we're more than happy for the other 2 copies to be put together.
We knew we would be getting a quality DVD based on the demo of your work that we saw but we were thrilled when we watched ours - it captured the mood of the day brilliantly and nearly had us both in tears all over again!
We are aware that a lot of your work will come from weddings and we would love to be able to provide feedback in some way that works best for you. Would you like us to complete Vows awards forms or anything else? Just let us know and we'll do it.
Regarding the extra DVDs, would it be possible for you to send them for my attention to my mum's address as we're off on honeymoon tomorrow for a fortnight?

It worked perfectly with the music we chose too as we hoped and the menu's were great!
As I mentioned before, we were both really impressed with your friendly but very professional approach and despite all of the equipment which you used to enable you to produce such a great quality DVD, it still felt very unobtrusive and both us and our guests barely noticed you were there. We'd mentioned to some of our guests that we were thinking of having a professional video and they queried this afterwards saying they weren't sure if we did in the end or just got a friend to do it.
Despite my early worries about how obtrusive it might feel I am so pleased we decided to get a DVD record of our day and in particular that we found you! I would happily recommend you to any other future customers on the basis that your services are great value, completely unobtrusive, friendly yet professional and the quality of the finished product surpassed even my high expectations! Having shown my parents last weekend their reaction was also 'wow' what a great job.
