Basic Service Costs

•£895 (includes three DVD copies with personalised cover).  2011 price £945.

•£50 deposit required on booking. This will be deducted from your final bill.

Service

The basic cost includes the following and is filmed using two cameras –

• Arrival of guests before ceremony with music of your choice

• The arrival of the Bride

• The wedding ceremony (permission required)

• Signing of the register (permission required)

• After the ceremony

• The reception and greeting of the guests

• Cutting of the cake

• Speeches

• The first dance

• Additional dancing of guests (two songs)

• Slow motion highlights of the day with music of your choice

Please note that the basic price only includes filming of the first three dances or up until 9pm, whichever comes first. Extra filming after this time can be easily accommodated with our additional options. Don't worry if things are running a bit late on the day, we wont just up sticks at 9pm if things are a bit behind schedule.

Additional Options

•Preparations of the bride - £100

•Guest Interviews - £75

•Second Camera Operator - £250

•This is a useful option to capture even more of the events of the day. Necessary, for example, if you wish to capture the Grooms preparations as well as the Brides. Please note that we always use two cameras. Our basic price includes a second camera which is static during filming

•Additional Filming (after first dance and guests dancing) - £75 per hour

•Please note, that for two camera operator packages, extra filming after 9pm/the first three dances will be charged at £100 an hour.

•Uncut Footage Package - £150

•The uncut package is a new option. As well as your final wedding DVD, we can also supply all of the footage shot on several DVD discs. These extra DVDs will be packaged with your final edit DVD as well as a CD of your music choices. All will be printed to the same standard as your final edit DVD and packaged in DVD box which is capable of holding all discs (typically 4 discs in total). Ideally, Creative will need to know if your require this option before the day. If ordered after the day, an extra charge may be incurred if footage has to be re-digitized into the editing computer.

Video for iPod

We are now offering you the opportunity to have your wedding day on your video iPod or similar portable media player. We will convert the footage for you and then send out a CD containing a file compatible with your portable video device.

•Highlights Only - £50

•Your complete DVD - £75

•Specially edited highlights including your vows - £100

The specially edited version will also be included on your final DVD
